As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium sized nursing home
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
- Managing budgets and financial plans
- Building the occupancy through private residents and marketing the home to the public
- Leading and managing the staff
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation
In the role of Home Manager, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of £78,000 - £85,000
- 30 days of annual leave
