Are you an experienced Home Manage looking for a new exciting opportunity? Were looking for a Home Manager to take the lead in a medium sized luxury care home. This role is based near Coventry, and is commutable from Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Leicester and surrounding areas It's a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the residents.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:



  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium sized nursing home

  • Managing budgets and financial plans
  • Building the occupancy through private residents and marketing the home to the public
  • Leading and managing the staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation

The ideal person for the Home Manager role should have

  • A Nursing Qualification (Desirable)
