Electrical Test Engineer

Electrical Test EngineerField Based-Reporting into a Coventry office, covering nationwide.£38-40K Basic plus vehicle plus door to door overtime (Overall Earnings £50-55)Are you an experience Electrical Engineer with 18th edition looking for a permanent field based role, with a company who really look after and reward their engineers?You are paid door to door with generous overtime and bonus system plus excellent accommodation/food allowance when needing to stay away. The role will be 4 days/week visiting clients, with 1 day/week in the office, helping mentor junior engineers. The work itself will be inspection and testing duties to commercial fixed wiring installations, lighting systems, single and three phase, with some remedial and installation works, working with some household client names on facilities maintenance contracts. The Role

1. Full time, permanent field position testing electrical installations on commercial buildings.
2. Reporting to the Coventry office and working nationally with some stay over's.
3. Carrying out Electrical Condition Reports (EICR)

The Person

1. 18th edition qualified electrical engineer
2. Working experience in a field based test and inspection position
3. UK driving licence and willing to travel/stay away
