Electrical Systems Technician

Certain Advantage is collaborating with a prominent aerospace company in search of an experienced Electrical Systems Technician. This role involves hands-on assembly of electrical looms, supporting production activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


What you will be doing:
* Assemble electrical wiring looms with precision, ensuring high-quality standards.
* Interpret and work from schematic diagrams to facilitate electrical assembly.
* Oversee Bills of Materials (BoMs) and monitor stock levels of electrical components.
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements, incorporating lean manufacturing strategies.
* Support the Team Leader in meeting key performance targets (KPIs).
* Work closely with the Electrical Design team to develop prototypes for electrical and electro-mechanical sub-systems.
* Adhere to safety and quality regulations in all assembly operations.

Your background:
* Familiarity with radios, electrical sub-systems, or related technologies.
* Knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
* Understanding of electromagnetic interference and its effects on electrical components and networks.

During an interview, we may ask you about:
* Your experience in low-production manufacturing.
