Harness Wirer

We are currently looking for a Harness Wirer. This is a rolling temporary contract and will be site based in Coventry.

Your Role:

As a Harness Wirer, you'll assemble high-quality wiring harnesses with precision and efficiency. Your tasks will include:Crimping, Cutting & Stripping: Ensure secure, accurate connections.Cable Prep & Taping: Organize and bundle wires to spec.Heat Shrink & Soldering: Seal and reinforce connections.Reading Schematics: Interpret electrical drawings for accurate assembly.Quality Checks: Maintain top-tier standards in every build.Basic Mechanical Work: Assemble flatpack components.Microsoft Word Use: Log job details and update records.

What You Bring:

Experience: Harness wiring or electrical assembly experience preferred.Skills: Proficiency with crimping tools, wire cutters, and soldering.Attention to Detail: Precision is key to quality and reliability.Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Teamwork & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.Safety Consciousness: Commitment to safe work practices.
