Part 2 Architectural Technologist(Revit)- Coventry - Up to 35,000 (dependant on experience)

Our client is anaward winning multi-disciplinary practicewithin the East Midlands. Due to company growth they have positions available for a Part 2 Architectural Technologistwith a minimum of 3 years UK project experience, ideally with some form of residential project experience.

You will work with clientsincludingseveral blue-chip companies in the commercial, custodial, residential, retail, financial, healthcare and hotel & leisure sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join their established team, delivering design and technical information usingRevit and/or Archicad across a range of projects.

Architectural Technologistoverview

  • Assist/Lead projects including liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Be part of a team as well as being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage/Assist tocoordinate the design team / other design consultants
  • Produce drawings and documentation as required using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, individually and in collaboration with the technical team
  • Help toprepare and coordinatethedetailed design and production information including drawings and documents for tender packages and construction drawings
  • Monitor quality and coordination of drawing information ensuring project delivery in line with programme
  • Ensure compliance with office quality standards
  • Responsible/Assist in the management and administration of the project
  • Contribute to the design and construction process
  • Attend client meetings
  • Attend design team meetings
  • Input to bid submissions where required

Position Requirements

  • Relevant degree/background
  • Good Revit knowledge
  • Live within a commutable distance of Coventry
  • Good knowledge ofRIBA Stages
  • UK Project Experience - with residential project experience ideally
  • Confident in front of clients
  • A motivation for career development
