My client is a leading Global Defense Organisation offering a great opportunity to join its security team.We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in risk management, cybersecurity, and security engineering to make a meaningful impact in an exciting and challenging environment.
What youll be doing:- Conducting security threat and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Defining initial security requirements and implementing effective control measures.
- Developing and executing security assurance strategies across the engineering lifecycle.
- Proven experience in risk management and understanding of engineering lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and technical controls.
- A proactive approach to developing and implementing security strategies.
- Desirable: A background in STEM (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management) and experience within MOD defence or similar sectors.
