PageGroup are delighted to support a leading manufacturing business in Coventry with the appointment of a Temporary Part Time HR Business Partner to join a busy team.

This role is a part time role - 4 days per week.

This role can offer hybrid working - circa 1 day per week from home and 3 days office-based working. The role will mainly be Coventry-based however, some travel maybe required to other sites business needs dependent.

Description

Supporting a Senior Business Partner, the role of Temporary Part Time HR Business Partner will support with a range of generalist people matters including management of high-volume employee relations casework including complex matters.

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Resolve a wide range of employee relations casework including complex matters
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and supporting documents are communicated appropriately
  • Provide training and coaching to line managers to deal with people matters effectively
  • Continue to support continuous improvement to HR policies, procedures and systems

Profile

Ideal candidates will be available to start at short notice, you will have a proven background in a busy, fast-paced environment and comfortable dealing with high-volume employee relations casework.
