We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Engineer to join our customer team. This role is responsible for the repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will perform electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises, conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required, and maintain all necessary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs.
* Conduct periodic inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
* Maintain and manage all equipment necessary for performing maintenance tasks.
* Work under limited supervision for non-routine situations.
* Lead daily operations and train, delegate, and review the work of lower-level employees.
* Solve difficult and non-routine problems.
Qualifications:
* Advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.
* Vocational or technical education may be required.
* Ability to work independently and lead a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills for non-routine tasks.
