This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for technical inquiries, helping customers and internal teams with product support while developing your industry knowledge.

In this role, you will provide technical support, assisting with troubleshooting, quoting, and supplier coordination while working closely with the service team.

This role would suit a technical service engineer or experienced engineer looking to transition off the tools into a role that offers training, progression, and a better work-life balance.

The Role:

  • Manage incoming technical calls and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor and assess incoming service job sheets to determine next steps
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and Service Support Senior Administrator
  • Liaise with suppliers for part information and job costing

The candidate:

  • Background in engineering or electrical fields
  • Technical support or hands-on engineering experience
  • Commutable to Coventry and surrounding areas
