We are looking for a Personal Assistant / typist to join our small family business and assist the company Directors. We need someone who is proactive, can work autonoumsly and who is an excellent typist. This is an office based role - part time and we are happy to discuss hours to suit - ideally 3 or 4 days a week, we also offer flexibility
Your main responsibility is to deal with reports, letters, filing, emails and valuations, so we do need an excellent typist, someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Typing / audio typing is a big part of the role, so you will need to have this skillset
Working in Conveyancing / Legal is advantageous
There will be days where you will be working alone however you will be very busy and no two days are the same !
We have a converted office to work in, however you will need to go into the main house to use the kitchen and toilet facilities
Responsibilities
- Managing a diary
- Typing dictated correspondence, emails, reports, letters etc
- Audio typing daily
- Dealing with tenancy agreements
- Issuing invoices
- Liaising with Accountants re invoices etc
- Making sure Regulations and Registrations are up to date
- GDPR
- Dealing with company clients
- Rent collections and arrears
Qualifications / Skillset
- Experience in a similar PA role
- Excellent /fast typing skills
- Audio Typing
- Excellent spelling / grammar
- IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro active
- Autonomous
- Organised
- Can work under pressure
- Clean driving licence

- Salary 24k - 29k depending on experience (pro rata/part time)
