Finance Analyst - Permanent - Coventry - up to £40k DOE

Macildowie Finance are currently working with a growing manufacturing company based in Coventry who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.

The team is looking for an organised, communicative individual who has experience working in a similar analytical role and is looking for the opportunity to progress.

This role is on a permanent basis and is offering a salary of between £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus great additional benefits.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Conducting day-to-day and month end reporting including accruals, prepayments, and journal preparation and posting
  • Responsible for the investigation into P&L variances
  • Preparation of daily and weekly sales reports
  • Consistently review processes to improve performance and efficiency

You must be/have:

  • Part Qualified and actively studying ACCA or CIMA
  • Advanced Excel Skills including Pivot Tables and V:Lookups
  • A confident communicator with experience of working effectively with stakeholders
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to analyse & scrutinise data

This position offers hybrid working, with the option to work up to 2 days from home per week (after successfully completing a probation period of 6 months)
