Financial Analyst

Marks Sattin is searching for a Financial Analyst to join our client's vibrant team in Coventry. You will provide planning, analysis, decision support, forecasting, and be closely aligned with the Finance Manager.

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Prepare summary of actual financial results and variance analysis.
• Preparation of KPI reporting decks for both financial and non-financial information.
• Continual development of trend analysis and financial analysis to provide insightful information to assist strategic decision making.
• Presentation of results to department heads and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Ownership of the budget and forecast processes.
• Preparing and provide regular performance update vs current Forecast

Ideal candidate:

• Strong reporting building capabilities drawing data from a range of different sources.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to read, analyse, and interpret technical finance data.
• Experience in similar role is preferable.
• Disciplined approach to problem solving.
• IT literate and proficient most notably in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
