Butler Rose is working alongside our top FTSE250 Facilities Management organisation based in Coventry in their search for a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a six months contract role in Coventry and will pay £150 a day PAYE to the successful candidate. This role will support the operational and financial consolidation needs of the finance and management teams, providing key insights and analytics to drive effective decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with management to deliver data-driven insights into contract performance, financial trends, and areas for process improvement. Responsibilities - - Provide analytical reports and insights for effective decision-making and financial performance enhancement. - Support the development of advanced financial reports, using key metrics to assess contract performance. - Collaborate with finance and operations to identify and implement process improvements. - Assist in contract mobilisations, ensuring policy and procedural robustness. - Extract and report data across various systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Power BI). - Consolidate month-end results, budgets, and forecasts for senior stakeholders. - Support efficiency initiatives with relevant financial data. - Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to deliver accurate management information and trend analysis. - Report key data and insights to senior stakeholders to guide strategic decisions. Requirements - - Part-qualified accountant actively pursuing CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent qualification. - Proven experience in complex financial environments, ideally with SAP or CAFM systems. - Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity for building and maintaining solid working relationships with stakeholders. - High attention to detail, with financial, commercial, and customer awareness. - Ability to perform in high-pressure environments, showing initiative while being a team player. - Strong analytical and interpretive skills to effectively communicate financial insights and support decision-making.
