Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Business partner with various departments, providing financial insights and recommendations.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.

  • Analyse financial performance against key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop financial models to support business initiatives and strategic projects.

  • Assist in the preparation of board and investor presentations.

  • Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Commercially focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering within a large organisation is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • A proactive and solutions-driven approach.
