- Proven FP&A experience
- University degree and Accountancy or Finance Qualification
- Experience with financial digital solutions and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (MS ACCESS, Power Query, SQL, etc.) and predictive analyses
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA programming
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
- Experience in a global matrix organization and sound commercial awareness
- Competitive salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus performance bonus
