Senior FP&A Analyst - Coventry / Hybrid - £70,000 - £90,000 + Good Benefits

An exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful organisation based in the West Midlands as a Senior FP&A Analyst. This role will support the organisation's growth strategy, it will support commercial contracts, pricing, business planning and strategy, as well as producing high-quality management and financial information for the CFO and wider board. You will be a Qualified accountant (either practice or industry Qualified) with strong post-qualification experience in industry, and someone passionate about delivering at a high level. You will have strong commercial acumen as well as someone highly detailed with the ability to 'role sleeves up' and get things done if necessary. An expert modeller and data analyst, you will add value by interpreting the data and supporting the board with business growth. You will be an excellent communicator and mentor, and strong with stakeholder management at all levels.

Key areas of the role:

  • Forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Trading, market, and competitor analysis
  • Building and monitoring weekly business KPI dashboard and advising/updating the board as necessary
  • Good stakeholder manager and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to business partner with the wider business and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Expert Excel and modelling skills
  • Commercially able to interpret data from a business perspective
  • Assisting with finance projects including acquisitions
  • Supporting business growth including client pricing projects, key investment cases and other commercial areas including participating in business strategy
