We are working with a market-leading business in Coventry to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a high-profile role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic decisions and helping shape the future of the business.
You will:
- Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders across the business, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Partner with department heads to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to optimise profitability and efficiency.
- Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making with a commercial and strategic mindset.
- Identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process improvement.
About You:
You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a business partnering role. You’ll need:
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link financial data to business outcomes.
- Confidence in challenging and supporting operational teams to deliver results.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving change.
