FINANCE DIRECTOR, c£70-75,000doe
Coventry based.
Mon to Fri, full time.
Hybrid working week (2 WFH), early 3.15pm finish every Friday.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing a team of 10 dedicated finance professionals
- Completion of 10 + UK audits, and preparation of statutory accounts for all entities within
- Completion and submission of tax computations for all entities.
- Responsible for the maintenance and oversight of SOX compliance activities.
- Supporting the business heads and the wider team on both a strategic and transactional level.
Essentials
- Dynamic finance professional, with a natural ability to lead, motivate others and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent stats, tax, audit, and compliance knowledge
- Expertise in statutory account filing and tax advisor management.
- Experience of dealing with several financial entities within an umbrella group or holding company, will prove advantageous.
