As the FD, you will partner with the MD to ensure the company's financial health, facilitating sustainable growth and profitability, while also playing an integral role in structuring the business for an exit. Additionally, you will oversee planning and strategy, all financial and risk management, investment and fundraising, and team leadership.

The CandidateAs a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with proven experience as a strategic finance leader, you will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing, with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles and financial regulations. You will also be a strong analytical and strategic thinker, with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Previous experience in preparing and supporting a business sale, and/or managing ERP implementations is also an asset.The Company
