Sonic Summary

The position is for a Finance Director based in Coventry, offering a salary of approximately £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experience.
The role requires overseeing a team of 10 finance professionals and involves completing 10+ UK audits and preparing statutory accounts.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge in statistics, tax, audit, and compliance, as well as experience with statutory account filing and tax advisor management.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic finance professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships.
Hybrid working is available with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, including an early finish at 3:15 PM every Friday.

Responsibilities

Overseeing a team of 10 dedicated finance professionals
Completion of 10 + UK audits, and preparation of statutory accounts for all entities within
Completion and submission of tax computations for all entities.
Responsible for the maintenance and oversight of SOX compliance activities.
Supporting the business heads and the wider team on both a strategic and transactional level.

Essentials

Dynamic finance professional, with a natural ability to lead, motivate others and build strong working relationships.
Excellent stats, tax, audit, and compliance knowledge
Expertise in statutory account filing and tax advisor management.
Experience of dealing with several financial entities within an umbrella group or holding company, will prove advantageous.
