What You'll Do:Collaborate with UK controllers to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports. Manage monthly general ledger close, account maintenance, and variance analysis. Oversee and complete all UK audits, including statutory accounts and tax computations. Ensure SOX compliance and support the implementation of financial initiatives. Support payroll, accounts receivable/payable activities, and the annual budget process. Build trust-based relationships with business heads, external contacts, and banking partners. Lead and guide the UK finance team while contributing to ad hoc projects and indirect tax filings. What We're Looking For:We value professionals who bring: Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role with proven leadership in finance teams. Expertise: Proficiency in statutory account filing, tax advisor management, UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP. Knowledge of SOX compliance is highly valued.
