Job Title:Finance Manager Construction Industry

Location:Coventry -commutable from: Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Birmingham, Hinckley, Solihull, Balsall Common, Meriden, Southam and surrounding areas.
Employment Type:Part-Time, Permanent - 21 Hours a week, flexible with working days and hours each week.
Salary:£42,000 - £45,000 Pro rata

With a team of dedicated professionals and a commitment to quality, were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee financial operations in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and report monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support company decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on projects, ensuring costs are tracked accurately to prevent financial risk.
  • Work closely with project managers to monitor project budgets and financial health.
  • Assist in year end analysis.
  • Collaborate with the financial team to ensure the smooth running of the finance operations.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA certified.
  • Experience in Management accounts, Financial reports and budgeting. Construction industry experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (Sage, Eque2).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
