Head of Treasury

This role is seeking a Head of Treasury with a strong background in financing and treasury to lead a multi billion debt portfolio whilst leading a team.

We are representing a well-established Housing Association in the Midlands who are looking for a candidate from either the Not-For-Profit or private sector to take on this exciting opportunity.

Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the treasury team to ensure operational excellence
• Oversee all treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity, and debt management
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and present treasury reports to stakeholders
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Manage the loan reporting, covenant and interest rate payments
• Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the executive level
• Manage relationships with financial service providers and stakeholders

Profile

A successful 'Head of Treasury' should have:

• A professional with the AMCT or CFA qualification
• Proven leadership ability within a treasury or corporate finance setting
• Knowledge of funding and financing, ability to manage relationships with banks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
