Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Liaise with the senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim FM should have:
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or similar
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
