With over two decades of success and consistent year-on-year growth, they are now seeking a driven and dynamic Regional Trading Manager to take the lead at their East Region office in Coventry.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to play a key role in the ongoing expansion of a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the regional sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets

  • Oversee daily trading operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across the region

  • Report to company directors, contributing to strategic direction and business planning

  • Build strong relationships with clients, hauliers, and suppliers

  • Manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment with confidence

  • Utilise CRM tools to monitor KPIs and generate insightful performance reports
