Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Advisers and paraplanning team.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Working primarily with one Financial Planner
  • Processing and submitting new business and monitoring the progress.
  • Dealing with investment, pension, and protection business.
  • Liaising with clients and delivering a full customer service.
  • Preparing valuation reports, performance documentation and review checklists.
  • Processing and monitoring switches with providers or electronically.
  • Updating Intelligent Office back-office systems.

The candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within financial services / wealth management
  • Experience with IFA back-office systems would be an advantage
