This Shadow Advisor/Paraplanner role is best suited to a Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner or someone close to achieving it, who wants to be part of a close-knit team where both professional and personal growth is strongly supported. There is the opportunity to progress into a Financial Advisor.

Day-to-day of the role:

Provide comprehensive paraplanning support to a financial advisor.
Sit in meetings with the financial advisor, and support where possible.
Work with the financial advisor to support clients.
Prepare detailed client suitability reports and annual review documents, ensuring compliance with both FCA regulations and firm-specific guidelines.
Conduct thorough research on products, funds, and investments to support informed financial advice.
Perform tax calculations and stay abreast of changes in tax legislation to ensure accurate financial planning.
