Our client is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to join their thriving team specialising in providing holistic financial advice. Based in the Coventry area, our client is now looking for an additional team member to become part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values teamwork and innovation.

Provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Advisors

Assist Consultants in the preparation and delivery of client advice, including liaising with product providers and conducting product research

Prepare and issue client reviews, gathering essential product-specific details such as switch fees, available funds, and charges

Utilize FE Analytics to support client research and reporting needs

Coordinate the issuance of client advice, correspondence, and enclosures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Manage the end-to-end process of new business cases, ensuring a seamless journey to completion

Work with various platform sites to manage client data and transactions efficiently

Draft suitability reports tailored to client-specific needs and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous Financial Services industry experience, along with experience of processing new business applications and writing basic Suitability Reports
  • A proven track record in providing high quality administration support
  • Motivation to work towards CII level 4 qualification
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict timescales
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Strong team player
