Our client is currently looking for an energetic Customs Specialist to help grow the business by providing knowledge and expertise on different kinds of entries, such as Foodstuffs and dangerous goods.
Your responsibilities include:
- Loading jobs in Multifreight when required
- Preparing CDS entries
- Ongoing learning and teaching of Customs Regimes/Commodity Codes/CPC Codes
- Handling post-Clearance documents.
- Assisting and preparing for audits for HMRC.
- Developing and expanding the business.
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Experience with exports to EU, USA and Far-East.
- Experience with niche clearances.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with entries of all kinds.
- Be able to organise and multi-task.
- Experience with Far-East Imports.
- Good time management skills.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
