Justteachers are working with an excellent Primary School located in Coventry who are looking for an ambitious and dedicated teacher to join their team in Easter 2025. The school is universally inclusive and sees worth and talents in everyone. The ideal candidate is looking for a candidate who is hardworking, enthusiastic and highly motivated to achieve excellent results. You will have high expectations of childrens learning, achievement and behavior. The school is looking for a teacher with excellent subject, curriculum knowledge and someone who is supportive of the schools Catholic ethos and its importance to the local school community.

This role is starting on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year and offers continued professional development for the right candidate.

Duties:

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum.

Set and maintain high expectations for students academic achievement, behaviour, and personal development.

Plan and assess student progress, adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

Foster a positive classroom environment based on mutual respect and inclusion.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

Engage with parents and carers to support student development and maintain strong communication.

Actively contribute to the schools Catholic ethos and values within the classroom and community.

Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
