Flourish Education is recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is dedicated and experienced, to join an Ofsted rated "Good" Primary School in Finham. The school aims to create a happy caring community where everyone works together to provide children and staff the very best experiences.

This HLTA position will primarily work across the school covering for PPA in KS1 and KS2.

This is a full-time role which is due to start as soon as possible and carry on until the end of the academic year, with potential to continue into the next academic year for the right person.

Required Skills and Experience for this HLTA role:

HLTA qualification

UK school experience as a HLTA

Ability to liaise with the Class Teachers

Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.

Experience supporting children with SEN.

Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children

Good knowledge of primary school curriculum across KS1 and KS2
