Job Title:Cladding Designer (Revit)

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cladding solutions using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate cladding designs with overall building systems.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is achieved during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to cladding.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cladding design and building envelope systems.
- Proven experience usingAutoDeskRevit in a professional environment,including creating and modifying families, familiarity with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or BIM tools) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cladding materials, systems, and performance requirements.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices related to cladding.
- Ability to create and manage 3D models and details for cladding applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and documentation.
- Ability to analyse design challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts and specifications clearly.
