I am working on a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join a highly regarded legal 500 tiered firm based in Coventry. This practice enjoys the quality of work that can be expected of a firm of a Legal 500 standing, and have provided a fantastic quality of service for many years, leading to a very loyal client base across Coventry and Warwickshire.This is a perfect role for an experienced fee earner (5+ years PQE) to take a leading role in a highly respected conveyancing department, to walk into an existing caseload and play an active role in the development of the firms future via supervision of junior employees and business development efforts.The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:
  • Sale and purchase of freeholds and leaseholds
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers
  • Equity release
  • New Builds
  • Shared Ownership
