24-7 Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading National Parcel Delivery Network to recruit Regional Courier Engagement Co-ordinators across the UK. This is a hands-on role requiring travel to your nearest depot, with locations spread throughout the country.

Role Overview:

As a Regional Courier Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting the 'Courier First' recruitment and retention strategy. Your main focus will be to help local service centers achieve their courier handover targets, streamline recruiting and onboarding processes, and foster a positive working environment to enhance courier engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Courier Engagement & Support:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new couriers, identifying pain points, resolving issues, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages commitment and high performance.
  • Courier Check-Ins:

    • Manage the briefing and debriefing processes at key intervals, with check-in calls on Day 1, Week 1, and Month 1. Use insights from these sessions to identify challenges and drive improvements in courier engagement.
  • Operational Feedback & Solutions:

    • Collaborate with local operational teams to address issues raised by couriers, helping develop practical solutions that enhance courier satisfaction and boost overall service quality.
  • Process Review & Analysis:

    • Review feedback gathered during training and onboarding to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring continuous development of courier retention strategies.

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in customer service or administration, either face-to-face or via telephone.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Additional Skills:

    • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
