My client is seeking an experienced EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Engineer on a contract basis, with a strong background in Arcadia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical distribution systems (EDS) for automotive applications.
- Utilize Arcadia software to create and manage EDS designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure EDS designs meet technical and safety requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate EDS designs.
- Identify and resolve design issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of EDS designs, modifications, and testing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry, specifically in EDS engineering.
- Strong background in using Arcadia software for EDS design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in EDS engineering or related fields are a plus.
