You will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electrical components to a high standard, working in a cutting-edge, low-volume environment focused on high-precision manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

Assemble precision electro-mechanical components to detailed specifications
Interpret and work from schematic drawings and technical documents
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality is consistently met
Work with various mechanical tools and chemicals in line with safety standards
Support production KPIs and lean manufacturing processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in low-volume, high-precision manufacturing
Background in assembling bespoke automotive systems
Confident reading and interpreting schematic and technical drawings
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
