Experienced Onsite Account Coordinator/Recruitment Resourcer (with a Driving License + Car) - AMJ Recruitment - based in Coventry City Centre.

MUST have previous experience within Industrial Recruitment, ideally onsite.

Salary - 12.00 per hour (weekly paid on a Friday) - 25000 per annum
Hours - 08:30am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday) - However, must be flexible upon the needs of the Business.
Location - Coventry City Centre + Onsite at local clients.

Start - ASAP

Duties Include:

- Recruiting within the Warehouse sector at high volume throughout Peak 2024
- Onsite staff check in's (Either Morning or Evening)
- Conducting candidate inductions onsite
- High volume of Recruitment Calls to candidates
- Conducting a high volume of candidate registrations
- Advertising and promoting vacancies to ensure 100% fulfilment
- Being involved with peak planning meetings, along with the AMJ Directors
- Keeping on top of all Compliance duties.
- Supporting with On-Call phone rotation weekly.

A successful candidate will have:

- Previous Recruitment Experience
- Computer Literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Valid Driving License
