The Role:* Support with budgeting and forecasting, month end reporting and audit close.* Drive commercially-beneficial decisions for the business, taking into account financial and non-financial aspects.* Support the annual business planning process.* Understand non-financial data cost drivers and work with the business to ensure integrity of data feeding into reporting.* Conduct detailed analysis on emerging risks and opportunities, variances and other areas of interest.* Prepare credible monthly forecasts for areas of accountability, ensuring the financial consequences of planned outputs are correctly reflected and balanced.* Create and deliver engaging presentations.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:* ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS qualified.* Ability to articulate a position and make recommendations that enable leadership teams to make strategic and operational decisions based on reliable and accurate information.* Comfortable not only advising, but constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
