Key role accountabilities   An exciting newly created role leading the management and reporting of in-year outcome delivery incentives (ODI) performance. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to challenge the status quo, have the ability to influence and build close relationships with various stakeholders, including senior management in Finance and Operations as well as STEC; This role will be responsible for leading the transformation of all reporting on ODI performance and establish an alignment between cost and ODI performance;  This role will be responsible for:  
  • All in-year ODI reporting working closely with senior management in Finance and across operations
  • Ensuring close alignment between Operations and Finance in terms of reporting of expected ODI rewards
  • Leading the transformation of the financial management of ODIs, including establishing in month and year- to-date measure reporting
  • Leading the creation of detailed phased quarterly forecast for each ODI measure
  • Leading the transformation to identify ways to systemise all reporting of ODIs with single version of the truth available
  • Work closely with the Finance Business partnering teams to ensuring alignment between cost forecast and ODI forecasting
  • Support the creating of Board papers on behalf of the Operations Director on ODI performance
  • Careful management of risks and opportunities

  • Be a strong completer finisher who can ensure work is accurate and timely
  • Ensure that all conclusions and insight is validated by the relevant experts in the area
Commercially aware of when to challenge
  • Assesses problems from the perspective of customer, finance, employees, brand & reputation in order to make a balanced decision.
 Qualifications and skills
  • Preferably fully qualified accountant but not essential- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Strong excel skills and ability to work with sophisticated data sets linking drivers through
  • Proven track record of implementing improvements
Experience
  • Extensive experience managing various stakeholders both within finance and outside
  • Ability to drive the delivery of system driven reporting
  • Proven track record of ability to build and utilise and extensive network across the business both within finance and outside
