Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations to provide insights into performance metrics and trends.
  • Liaise with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects, tracking interactions and follow-ups effectively.
  • Support the development of sales strategies by conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role is advantageous.
  • Background in industrial pipework either in plastics or metal.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
