Key Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on advanced machinery.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to maintain line efficiency and performance.
Implement improvements to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and support engineering projects when required.

Successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be:

A qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer with both mechanical and electrical expertise.
Experience working within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills with advanced machinery.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
A proactive approach to maintenance with a focus on continuous improvement.
