We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade to join one of our clients covering Coventry & Leicester on a contract basis. You will be required to complete general snagging works to help bring the Kitchen & Bathroom contract to an end.

Overview for the role:

Job Title: Multi-Trade

Rate: £19.29 an hour

Responsibilities of the Multi-Trade:

Carry out all aspects of snagging works on Kitchen & Bathrooms contract
Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised

Requirements for Multi-Trade role:

DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multitdare Repair and Refurbishment
Social Housing Experience
Full UK Driving License
