Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Gardener to care for their stunning 12-acre private estate, situated in a picturesque village near Coventry, West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate horticulturist to work in a beautiful and varied setting.
The Role
Working three days a week, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the estate's diverse landscapes, which include:
- Meadows, formal lawns, and herbaceous borders
- Woodland areas and a walled garden
- Additional landscape features unique to the estate
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a skilled and motivated gardener with the following attributes:
- Strong horticultural knowledge and practical experience in similar roles
- A keen interest in gardens and landscapes, with experience in gardening practices and the use of machinery such as Tractor Mowers, Ride-ons, Electric & Petrol Mowers, Strimmers & Brushcutters etc
- Energy and enthusiasm with a proactive approach to learning and development
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving the highest standards
- Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as strong organisational abilities
