Job role: Production Operative - FORKLIFT LICENSE REQUIRED
Location: Coventry
Salary: 13.00-14.00 p/h
Hours: Mon - thurs 07:15 - 4:30pm Fri 07:15-12:15pm

Client Overview:
An established fabrication / sheet metal company that manufactures a broad range of products and offers a complete service, from design through to completion. We specialise in all aspects of welding and fabrications from one-off prototypes to batch production. The Role:
A role for a skilled counterbalance driver has become available in Coventry. The position will require Forklift driving and general helping in manufacturing environment.
Candidate's check list:
- Must have an in-date Counterbalance license with experience.
- Experience within an engineering environment.
- Drilling
- Folding steel
- Using a guillotine
- Cutting material on band saws
- Assembly work
- Presswork
- Assisting laser cutting operations
- Upkeep of shop floor ensuring areas are tidy and safe
- This position also involves general maintenance of the factory, general labouring and assisting steel fabricators on site, fitting jobs.
- Operating a laser cutter
