Are you a Retrofit Coordinator looking to take a step up into a Lead role and play a crucial part in the continued success of an already successful company, where the work you do will play a direct role in contributing to a greener future?
This fast-growing energy consultancy are leaders in sustainable building solutions and large-scale retrofit projects for the social housing sectors. This year, they are expanding to the commercial and new-build sectors and are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to lead the growing team.
In this varied role you will lead and drive the retrofit coordination team, taking full ownership of all projects from inception through to successful completion, as well as having the opportunity to progress you career through having the opportunity to lead a small team.
This role would suit a Retrofit Coordinator looking to progress their career into a leadership role in a fast-growing company that offer hybrid working and clear progression within the company as it grows.
The Role:
- Leading a small Retrofit Coordination team
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
The Person:
- Retrofit Coordinator experience
- Experience in SHDF
- Project Management experience
- Looking to progress to a lead role
- Commutable to Coventry
