We are currently working in partnership with a market leader in the building supply trade, who are looking to appoint a permanent Reward Specialist.
This will be a full-time position based in Coventry, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days home working and a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum and a multitude of added benefits.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Reward role, strong knowledge of pensions and salary sacrifice, along with expertise in HR systems, payroll interaction, and process automation.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Serving as a subject matter expert for complex reward queries from employees, managers and the wider HR team

Preparing and delivering monthly reports to benefits providers and payroll to ensure efficient benefits management

Addressing compensation and benefits issues/queries promptly to uphold high employee service standards and overseeing the annual renewal of insured benefits

Contributing to the ongoing enhancement and innovation of the company’s benefits package

Leading process improvement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Workday automation
Experience required:

Demonstrated expertise in a Reward-focused role

In-depth knowledge of pensions, salary sacrifice, and NMW affordability assessments

Familiarity with Workday is beneficial but not essential

Strong understanding of HR systems and their integrations

Proficiency in Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills

Experience in project management is a plus
