At our client's organisation, they offer a wide range of luxury vinyl flooring options that are designed and made in Britain. With a focus on quality and innovation, they have become a trusted name in the industry.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to the sales team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and collating customer order information.
  • Processing orders onto an in house database system.
  • Coordinating and planning with the internal sales team.
  • Liaising with transportation companies to obtain quotations for express shipments.
  • Creating customer invoices.
  • Organising outstanding reports

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
