A Sales Administrator is required to join a leading global manufacturing company at their site near Coventry. An office-based role, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Service & After-Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for queries, providing high-quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

As a Sales Administrator you will be -

  • Managing the process from quote through to invoice, processing all operational documentation
  • Monitoring stock and checking availability of parts and materials
  • Ordering parts, materials etc, communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing any shipment and dispatch documents
  • Maintaining the systems in place, accurately updating with information
  • Conduct customer follow-ups for satisfaction surveys
  • Adhoc administrative support across the team and wider business

  • Processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering company
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Proficient in using CRM / ERP systems and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good standards of literacy and numeracy

  • An office-based postion near the Binley area of Coventry
  • Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)
  • A starting salary of £25-30k dependent on experience
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
