- Administer customer portals, accesses and communications via customer portals (Covisint).
- Collect and circulate customer volume forecasts
- Involvement in specific packaging costing incorporating offers and negotiation.
- End-of-life forecasting incorporating specific costing of parts/offerings, and renegotiation with customers. Also end-of-life filing incorporating costing with employer plants.
- Management of spend authorisation requests
- Filing and archiving.
- Attending customer meetings and speaking with customers including face-to-face.
- Comfortable interacting with customers via telephone/ face-to-face etc.
- Familiar with JLR protocols, Covisint (preferred) and/or automotive OEMs generally.
- Organised with excellent time management ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a sales led environment.
