We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator to join our clients sales team in Coventry. This is a supporting role where you are responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate sales activity records.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations that provide insights into performance metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects, efficiently tracking interactions and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the development of sales strategies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and critical approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is advantageous, but not essential.
